06 Apr 05 - Gloomy day...
Well I must give it to RSAF, the bloody organisation I work for. Come up with procedures to remind people to follow procedures because they forgot to follow procedures.....sheesh..
And now the top boss also becomes jumpy and just demanded an additional "safety" level. It's like locking the key to the lock of the safe. In the end the safety net is still a key, and the problem is never solved.
FISH!
That's fuck for the uninitiated....

Liangshan, unfortunately these things exist on a more frequent scale in civil services. I'm pissed about my case because it's not the actions of a matured, steady aircraft maintenance organisation....if it happen 5 years ago I wouldn't be surprised but now...
As for you case...don't really understand cos I tot the remedial timing is for the teachers? haha... Well the beauty of teaching is that...you try your best, you whack or you love. End of the day the students reap what they sow (you're just the freaking sun and rain) and it's not really your fault they aren't having more between the ears. |

Seriously, I think there's such nonsense almost everywhere. Ya, in my school, they actually put down specific hours for remedial.
The point is that the students lack discipline and this problem manifests itself in their attitude in studying.
Ya, if the students can't be bothered to abide by simple school rules, it's really easy to see why they need remedial in studies.
Which is absolutely why teachers should be given the right to CANE students. Com'on man, reinstate that power and we'll see which idiot dares strut into school with their shirts hanging out of their pants in the morning. =) |
