It started as a makan session. "There's this damn nice place, somewhere near Desaru. Seaview, good seafood and more importantly, it's cheap...." suggested Desmond some time ago, where I wasn't around. I sort of push things to reality as I suggest the 2 blokes, Xueming and Desmond, to get their 'performance cars' (Clio RS and WRX respectively) to Pasir Gudang to really use that performance they've paid a premium for. Sure, going at 140 km/h along Airport Road with pedestrains, motorcyclist, cyclist and the usual dumb-sense S'pore drivers attempting to make you crash may seem exciting (too exciting for me), but then there's a time and place for everything, and Airport Road ain't able to bring out half of what the car can do compared to PG.
On the other hand, that leaves the other 2 kakis Eric and Charpin in the cold, as they drive auto cars and they don't have the passion for 'race'. So in the end, it became a smaller makan session (in JB town) and a smaller racing session (in the go kart track at Permas Jaya). There's also the interesting 'Brazil vs France' vibe going on, which I will get Desmond to update... Charpin was also tied up with some...personal matters.

The go kart was fun but a tad expensive at RM30 per 10 mins. And things did went a bit wrong when Felicia crashed in the go kart and recieved some scratches in return. But she was mighty sporty about it, and that was quickly forgotten during the shopping and movie session in City Square.
Hopefully the guys got enough sense and balls to go PG next! Xueming was prety confident of getting a lap time of 2:10 and below...hmm....
